Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.

UK Shipping

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.99
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £6.99

International Shipping

• Europe (5–10 business days): From £9.99
• Rest of World (7–14 business days): From £14.99

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. SVRN CLOTHING is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at clothingsvrn@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
